Let's get independence

Our first mentoring project. We supported a group of Young Animators who, after years of participating in projects, decided to prove themselves as organizers. The title of the project Let’s Get Independence has a double meaning. It refers to the film – a poll about the Independence Day – and to the social campaign encouraging the inhabitants of Białystok to act for the benefit of the local community. A photographer Gosia Żuk organized  a photo session for a group of volunteers. Each person had to think about what they were doing for the city and write it down on a piece of paper. We showed the photo exhibition at the Ślendzińscy Gallery in Białystok. Visitors could join the campaign by making their own signs. We placed the poll and the exhibition on social media.
